"Tag"
Jammin' Tag Dancin' Yer It
October 11, 1998 - August 3, 2009
Tag, or "Roni" (like macaroni), as we liked to call him, made the word "speed" seem slow. Watching him run an agility course, you had to wonder if he breathed, or if his feet even touched the ground---or touched anything else for that matter. We had a saying for Tag....."the world is his agility field". Everything he did, he did with intensity and speed in mind. He loved to jump over things, race around and under things, and do it all at mach speed!!
Tag came to us as a pup from Jammin' Shelties out of San Diego, CA just 3 weeks before we found out about Pepper's cancer in December, 1999. He followed in Pepper's footsteps, and visited the local hospital (Pediatrics) and schools as a Registered Therapy Dog. As with Pepper, the kids just loved the little "Lassie" dog. Tag was Lin's "shadow", a sable male, at 14 1/2", weighing 16 pounds.
